Denver weather
My husband measured the snowfall in our Highlands Ranch home at 17 inches. In case you’re considering a move to Denver, 17 inches doesn’t stop anyone in their tracks. Coming, (the last move) from California, I can assure you that you get used to the snow quickly.
Just look at our 4 month old puppy from Texas – she is relishing in the delights of the snow. Poor girl will be in for a rude awaking on Sunday when it has all melted.

Honesty in Real Estate
This guy is hilarious and refreshingly honest. He’d be the first person I would call if ever in the market for a mobile home…

Denver Architectural Post Coming Soon
Sunday was a day of rest from Denver real estate – no showings, open houses, or marketing properties. As fall starts to move through the air – it is time to get to work on a project that I have been “meaning to get to” for some time.
Denver has some beautiful and diverse architecture – from modern to historic homes – which relocation folks need to see. This work in progress will be coming soon.
In the meantime, my architect friend and I stopped at Jonesy’s Eat Bar to ward off hunger while shooting Denver homes. By the way, this place makes the yummiest shoe-string fries slathered with aioli and parmesan in Denver. The veggie Benedict is also scrumptious…
Look for the Denver architectural post coming soon.

Social Media Revolution?
This video, on the social media explosion, is dominating the web. Are the video’s statistics truthful, accurate, or credible? I have no idea – as I did not fact check this one.
I do think this video is provocative and intense. I also believe Erik Qualman, who coined the term “socialnomics” and spearheaded this video to pedal his book of the same name, is a brilliant marketer. Rising from obscurity – (ever heard his name or the term socialnomics prior to this video?) – to dominating the search engines is an impressive feat. Of course it would be an added bonus if the facts were indeed correct. You decide:
